Why Chiropractic is Not Just for Back Pain
When people first visit me at the Wellness Hub, they often come with one thing in mind: to get relief from back pain. And while that’s certainly something I help with, they quickly discover that my work goes far beyond easing aches and pains.
Over my 41 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people through a wide range of chronic health challenges. As a Herbalist, Craniopath, TMJ Specialist, Sports Chiropractor, and Myotherapist, I approach health from multiple angles — because the human body is wonderfully complex, and no single method works for everyone.
My philosophy is simple: we are meant to be well. If you’re not feeling well, there’s always a reason — sometimes several. My role is to uncover those reasons and help the body find its way back to balance.
One of the key tools I use is Applied Kinesiology, a gentle yet powerful method that helps me “tune in” to what your body needs. This approach allows me to assess structural, chemical, and emotional factors that may be contributing to your symptoms. Whether it’s a misaligned joint, nutritional imbalance, stress pattern, or old injury, I’m always looking for the underlying cause rather than simply treating surface symptoms.
Because of this whole-body approach, my clients come to me not just for back pain, but for issues such as:
Chronic headaches and migraines
Jaw pain and TMJ disorders
Sports injuries and performance recovery
Hormonal imbalances
Fatigue and stress-related conditions
Digestive health concerns
Postural issues and movement restrictions
Pregnancy & postpartum care
My work blends hands-on techniques, natural therapies, and evidence-informed practices, always with the aim of helping people move, feel, and live better. Every person’s journey is unique — so every treatment plan is tailored to meet their specific needs.
If you’ve been living with ongoing pain or unresolved health issues, there is hope. By looking deeper, listening closely, and addressing the whole picture, we can help your body do what it was designed to do: heal.
